  ServSafe Foodservice Sanitation and BASSET Certifications Beginning fall of 2006, Illinois CareerPath Institute plans to offer Certification courses in ServSafe Foodservice Sanitation and Alcohol Awareness Certification (BASSET). These courses will be offered as continuing education courses to individuals who are seeking local and or state certification in ServSafe and BASSET Certification.
